Nous connaissions L ESSiLLE...sa réputation n est plus à faire .mais nous avons été agréablement surpris..cadre ,menu,salle, accueil du personnel et de la direction..le restaurant est situé dans un petit village BASSAC ,le restaurant est une valeur sur du département ...je conseille vraiment ce restaurant ..qui fait hotel également..

Repas en famille un soir d’été 2019, en extérieur, sur une terrasse ombragée avec un petit bassin, au milieu d’un parc arboré qui d’emblée encourage à la sérénité. Pour le reste, tout est dit dans le texte. D’abord, et cela se répète puisque nous y allons régulièrement, l’accueil est souriant, sympathique et vraiment pro. Ensuite la cuisine, pleine de goût et de délicatesse : gambas au court bouillon assaisonnement yuzu, noix et ris de veau aux lardons d’anguille fumée, légumes de saison, sablé abricot glace romarin... Tout, vraiment tout était parfait. À noter un menu enfant avec une pièce de bœuf délicieuse et un dessert au choix. À noter également une glace menthe fraîche à tomber, au milieu d’un dessert aux fraises. Bref un superbe endroit, je recommande vivement.

Laurent et son équipe nous mettent à l'aise dès notre arrivée. La carte change régulièrement, c'est très appréciable pour les habitués comme nous. Cadre sobre et chic, pour un déjeuner ultra abordable, pour un déjeuner d'affaire ou un dîner à deux ou en compagnie d'amis. Manu derrière les fourneaux fait frissonner nos papilles en jonglant avec les saveurs et des associations surprenantes. Laurent, sommelier d'excellence, vous aidera à choisir dans sa carte de vin très diversifiée et abordable.
